TOM FAULKNER
(2025)
(HIGH END FURNITURE)
Every day at Tom Faulkner's offered something new and exciting, with projects that challenged and inspired.
A standout experience was in the Chelsea Barracks project, where I played a key role in designing and producing marketing material for a range of sculptures, helping to secure stakeholder approval.
Chelsea Barracks redefines luxury living, seamlessly integrating private residences with public gardens.
The bespoke pieces we developed for this project are set to replace the iconic Chihuly glass sculptures, marking a significant contribution to one of London’s most prestigious developments.
By sourcing architectural plans, I was able to create accurate visualisations that conveyed a true sense of scale and proportion, strengthening the overall presentation.

WORKING WITH UNDERUTILISED TECHNOLOGY
I introduced new processes that enhanced the luxury finish of Tom’s products while streamlining production.
One key improvement involved utilising a previously underused laser etching machine to inscribe the Tom Faulkner logo directly into powder-coated metal surfaces, adding a refined, permanent detail to each piece.
To ensure the process could be easily adopted by the team, I also designed a step-by-step guide, making it accessible and efficient for anyone to implement.

Working so closely with the Tom Faulkner team allowed me to quickly understand and adapt to their distinct design language.
This alongside my previous hands on experience, meant that I was able to deal with client's bespoke adjustments with a "makers mind", balancing their vision with practical execution.
